Artists Under 30 As I See Me Call for Art DEADLINE

The Carr Center welcomes you to submit to our upcoming exhibition Artists Under 30 | As I See Me. This is an All Media, Open call exhibition featuring works of art from young and emerging artists aged 30 and under.

This exhibition is designed to bring to life the many stories and perspectives of young adults through autobiographical and historical references of the self in any form, demonstrating the first of a series of exhibitions focusing on the demarcation of age.

Self-portraiture often portrays how an artist views themselves, with hopes to allow viewers to gain insight on what is personal to the creator. Artists are asked to submit self-portraits at their current age; if they have a second self-portrait from a previous age, that can be included as well.
